  Buying our first home was such a scary and stressful endeavor. The only bright side was dealing with David, Melissa, and the team. They were always lightning quick to answer any questions (and I had many!), and they were just seriously available night or day to help keep me from freaking out since I was so naive to the entire process. I felt like they genuinely cared and wanted to help and worked their magic to keep us on time with closing. Absolutely no regrets with choosing Guild. I would recommend working with David in a heartbeat!

  Absolutely FIVE Stars! We needed a unique loan for a Co-op “condotel” property, which is not easy to get. To add to the complexity, we were purchasing two units. From our first conversation, David was upfront about what to expect and some of the challenges we would face in order to get the funding for these specific types of properties, like the rates and down payment for these loans would be more than we’re used to for traditional house loans. Throughout the process David and his team communicated continuously with us, and we could tell how hard they were working to close and fund the loans. Because of the unusual nature of the loan, there were a few third-party plates spinning, and the team did an exceptional job staying on top of them and doing their best to keep the action items on a time-sensitive schedule. Everyone, including ourselves, required a lot of patience, dedication, and flexibility to jump through every hoop that came our way. In the end, not only were we able to get the funding, but David and his team over delivered. The interest rate we got was lower than we expected. Furthermore, by getting loans for both units instead of just one, we were able to spend less money upfront than we were expecting. Thank you to David, Melissa, Trish, and everyone working on our behalf.

  This was the most seamless customer service experience I’ve had ever. The Guild staff was great throughout my 8 month journey with them. It was clear from the beginning EVERY ONE OF THEM knew their business , answering all my questions, timely responses, providing information, and just pure professionalism with a smile I could not see due to the pandemic. I never felt alone as they corresponded with other professionals on my behalf. This team along with some other amazing people who I’ve talked there ears off (you all know who you are) made this a process I have to tell others of.   David and his team went above and beyond for us during our new home build process. They were so amazing from the moment we were put in touch with them that we decided to switch to them instead of using the builders lender. Through out the entire process (which is literally SEVERAL MONTHS during a new home build) his team answered all of my wife’s crazy questions and put up with us calling and texting several times a day. We can not say enough good things about them. We have been through the home buying and selling process before, but David and his team made it so easy and simple that we felt like it was almost too good to be true. But we went through the entire process and they were there every step keeping communication open, truthful, and straightforward. Working with David, Kitty, and the rest of his team was a privilege that we will never forget!

  David, you and your team are a gift from God to me and my family! I told Melissa this morning, I have no words for how you and your team respectfully dealt with us, we truly appreciate you all! You have not only helped us secure our family's home, but this house is the foundation for our family's financial future. We plan to use this home's equity to help buy condos for our grown children so that they can start paying a mortgage instead of rent so by the time they get to our ages, they won't need any financial assistance or a FHA loan to build the house of their dreams. We will be coming back to you again and again as we hopefully start to accumulate door after door towards our financial freedom! So, to you and your team, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart!   Guild Mortgage is beyond phenomenal. They communicated everything. The home buying process can be stressful, but John and Jessica were the most amazing people to handle this job. From application and pre-approval to clearing underwriter conditions and funding the loan, I never had a doubt I wasn't in great hands!
