  Evelyn was amazing throughout the whole entire process! This market has been insane and stressful but Evelyn made it much more durable. She was quick and responsive with my questions and was also really informative. She was also very responsive to our realtor which makes such a huge difference when you're on a time crunch and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking right now. As a first time home buyer I could not have been more happy with her services and will definitely work with her again in the future if we're ever refinancing or buying a new home.

  We had an excellent experience working with Kyle at Guild Mortgage in purchasing our vacation home in Alpine, Texas. It had been many years since we'd gone through the homebuying process, and Kyle made it easy. Communication was great and Kyle was very responsive to any questions and concerns. I will highly recommend Guild Mortgage to friends and family, and would reach out to Kyle again for any future home purchase or refinancing.

  I purchased my first house back in 2019 and just recently refinance my house through guilt mortgage. Even though this was my first home purchase. I will have to say it was the easiest and least stressful proses. This company gave you all the information and was constantly giving me updates on how things were going. Buy my first house through Guild mortgage, seems way easier than buying a car!

Phil Clark communicated every step of the way, and when COVID-19 thru us a curveball on the sale of our home, he was the calm in the storm that helped us pivot to the purchase of a different home. Our loan officer, Stacey Oliveraz, has consistently provided excellent customer service to, not only us, but other family members as well.   Had a pretty great experience with Guild--questions were answered quickly, knew what was needes/expected up front and early, and pretty much no surprises along the journey. Would definitely recommend, especially Phil (our mortgage officer I think the title was).
