  My husband, I and our realtor had a great experience working with Kevin Rice and Tonje Endresen. They were very responsive, attentive and so helpful in working us through the loan and underwriting process. We were buying a house in an extremely competitive and fast moving market, and their quick work and responses made all the difference in meeting deadlines allowing us to secure our loan and close on our house.

  Words can't even describe the wonderful experience we had with Guild Mortgage. We had an issue with our previous lender and Guild was suggested as a preferred lender and we know why. April Reichert and her team were amazing and walked me and my husband through every step of the home lending process and we were able to find and finance our forever home. Don't hesitate to work with these guys. We will definitely be working with them again and will refer all of friends and family to them.

  So I see two reviews that aren't as great and that's a real shame because my husband and I had a wonderful experience! No place is going to be perfect...but they came pretty darn close! April and her team were rockstars in helping us buy our very first home. I hope we get to use them in the future <3 We even got this beautiful sign that says "The Anderson Home", which we love by the way <3 Thank you all so much!!!

  Horrible. I am just very disgusted in how they conduct business. What do you get out of lying, and wasting someone's time. I had to switch agents 3 different times and redo everything each time! Then the last person I spoke with tried to fix the other two's mistakes and that just ended the whole 6 months process with ... NOTHING! I am so upset every time I see something about them written online, because they are liars and NEVER EVER CALL YOU BACK! I would literally wait weeks to months before I would call them because they were ALWAYS in meetings and say that they would call me back...COMPLETE JOKES! This was the FORNERETTE TEAM BASED OUT OF TACOMA.

  I brought my house in 2019 and Guild mortgage Help me every step of the way, I am Blessed and loyal to this company and their team ♥️I don’t know how they got a one star from someone but they get 10 for me

  Was very satisfied with Guide mortgage. They were extremely helpful and great to work with. I'll definitely be working with them again in the future.

  Really bad experience...I will never work with this company again. I would always call them to see the status on my loan proccess being that no one will call me.
