  Our Loan Officer Dallas Seeliger is by far one of the most professional and courteous people we have ever worked with. He went above and beyond his role to help us through the refinance process and made it seamless. He is a huge asset to Guild and we can't thank him enough. We have had nothing but a great experience with Guild thanks to Dallas's hard work and perseverance.

  Working with Carmine Russo and Robert Garvin at guild mortgage was amazing! Carmine was extremely professional and friendly. Carmine helped me with my questions and he was able to get me a good loan that that fit my preferences. Carmine really did a great job at getting everything done quickly. Robert was also very helpful and friendly. I was able to get answer to questions immediately. Robert processed my loan very quickly and with out any problems. Both of these employees did an awesome job! I will for sure use Guild mortgage in the future. I will recommend them to all my family and friends looking for a mortgage company. Thanks Carmine and Robert for making our dream house a reality.

  Anxiety was high with our first time home purchase. To make matters worse, we were competing for AZ's Pathway to Purchase down payment assistance program. The program requires a ton of extra paperwork and that paperwork must be completed without error. Steve White of Guild, a former teacher, was a great fit for us in navigating and teaching us about our home loan and down payment program processes. His ability to patiently guide us and answer our questions for different mortgage scenarios was extremely useful. He also worked hand in hand with our real estate agent to make sure all went smoothly. He was always available via email, text, and phone. The team behind Steve at Guild was also great, they had to really pay attention to detail when putting our loan package together given our special down payment program and they executed it well. Thanks to their diligence we ended up receiving the highly competitive down payment fund assistance. I can't speak to interest rate competitiveness as the down payment program didn't allow us to shop around, we were set regardless of who we went with. For what it's worth I heard from another person who worked with them that they beat rates from competitors. Our loan was almost immediately sold to another company, fairly common these days I'm told. I'd work with Steve and Guild again!

  In the mortgage banking industry, it's rare to find someone as kind and compassionate as Melissa. She works untiringly to help people buy a home, no matter what their situation. I know because our situation was somewhat challenging. She made it happen. She's super smart, focused and a true gem. I'm so happy we found her! I highly recommend Melissa if you're thinking about buying or refinancing a home.

  We had to switch lenders at the last minute. Our realtor recommended Melissa with Guild Mortgage. With literally less than 2 weeks before closing Melissa worked with us tirelessly and we closed our VA loan on time. I would definitely recommend working with Melissa and Guild Mortgage. They were gracious enough to take on this loan at the last minute and worked a miracle that got us closed on time! 5 stars for sure!

  A five+ star and red-carpet experience, indeed. I relocated to Tucson, Arizona from Chicago, Illinois and Melissa Rossier was incredible. Her obvious command of the industry, careful guidance and counseling, and professionalism helped me finance my new home.   Let me just start off by saying Melissa ROCKS, she is so amazing and wonderful. She listen to our situation and was able to help us come up with a plan. Melissa and the whole team at Guild helped to get our loan approved in time for our closing !!! They were able to get us closed in less than 2 &1/2 weeks. It's a no brainer to use Guild Mortgage! They care about the people they are working with and help them with the process. I can say this experience was very positive and would use them again.

  This was our first time buying a house; Melissa Rossier was the best loan officer we could have possibly found. She gave us a lot of information and answered all our questions to ensure we felt comfortable and ready. If we ever had doubts or needed support, she was always available. Buying a home is very stressful, but I am very happy that with the support that was offered by Melissa and her team at Guild Mortgage throughout the 30 day period, we got our house. We moved to Tucson from California and Melissa made sure to meet our 30 day goal; so we drove up to the new chapter of our lives as soon as we got here. I am extremely grateful for the knowledge and support that we got from Melissa and the Guild Mortgage team. We had to overcome a few obstacles and deal with many emotions, with Melissa's support we overcame and conquered!
