  I had a great experience working with Mike and the team while buying my first home! We had a few bumps in the road, but he was there to help and to answer questions if needed. I would highly recommend him, especially if you are a first time home buyer!

  Mike Vogt was an absolute pleasure to work with. We ended up looking to buy our first home after having a few issues with our apartment that made us realize it was time for a place of our own. On a spur of the moment decision I went searching for some lenders online and saw Guild Mortgage. The reviews looked pretty good and I went with Mike because we wanted someone who has probably heard any/every question a first time home buyer has. This has to have been one of the best decisions we made in choosing a lender. Any time I had a question or was curious about how something worked I was able to email him and he was extremely responsive. I felt comfortable asking him things that made me feel silly and he explained things about our loan that I wouldn't have been able to understand just by looking at the paperwork. We couldn't have chosen a better person to help guide us through financing our first home. I was worried that my husband and I would feel like we were treated as just a number on an application but we came out feeling like he was there to back us from start of application to close. We really appreciate all he did for us.

  Everyone is nice while you're being reeled in. I've paid $8,000 out of pocket on storm damage to our home. Guild received the check to endorse almost a week ago and I have to play phone and email tag to get a response as to when the check will be mailed back. Do they care? NO. I get asked "Why did you make the repairs?" Well, D'UH we need to LIVE HERE. Customer service will talk down to you, make snide remarks, and you'll get different answers from different people.

  First time home buyer! Everyone was very professional, supportive and all around happy people. They were patient and didnt mind repeating things in case I didnt thoroughly understand. I never felt uncertain through any part of my process. The notifications were always sent with the appropriate amount of detail and they would call to follow up that I recieved any notifications and asked if I had any questions. My process was very smooth and I owe it all to this team.

  Mike is Amazing! ... His 3-2-1 Program for New Home Buyers is a so simple & logical ... All you have to do is sit down with Mike & let him explain the program to you!
