  Terry Heffner and the Heffner Group at Guild Mortgage did an amazing job helping me as a first time refinance newbie. They took the time dug through everything financially that I had and got me approved within a few days and from that point on it was just mostly a matter of a waiting game as documents were processed, waiting periods passed, etc. They kept on top of everything, answered questions I had very quickly without having to call back, they immediately knew the right answers. Very professional group of people and very highly recommended. When no other lender would even try to help, Terry Heffner and his team dug right in and got the job done, even as busy as the market is right now, I found the closing timeframe to be quite acceptable with a couple holidays thrown in the mix, they didn't waste any time getting things done. This is the company I'll recommend to anyone that asks what mortgage company to use...don't use a bank, use Guild Mortgage.

  I was referred to Saras team after losing my financing while in contract on a home. She truly saved the day, as we had a lot of things working against us. She entered the transaction 2 weeks into my closing and guided me all the way to the finish line. I would've lost out on my home if it wasn't for her and her team. Truly a miracle worker.

  Tom and his team at Guild were great!!! The mortgage experience is often frustrating with lots of unexplained fees and costs.
