  I worked with Jeanne Hollis. She is really great at her job. She explained everything to me and was very patient. She was was able to get the closing of my house moved up ten days. This was very important to my family and she knew that. She didn't stop working until she got my family the things we needed. I would recommend her and her company to anyone looking to get a home loan.

  My wife and I were first time home buyers, so we were very nervous about the whole process. Our experience with Guild Mortgage was nothing but professional. Jessica Rico helped us out tremendously through out the process from beginning to end. She was always willing to answer any questions we had, even when she was on vacation (though we did not know she was on vacation) I would definitely recommend her as a lending agent, especially for first time home buyers. What really helped us feel comfortable was her explaining to us the stages of the process and what to expect. Thank you Jessica.

  Terrible experience with Jeanne Hollis. She was highly recommended by friends but I am giving her one star. She told me up front that it would take 6 weeks from start to finish to get done with a refinance. 30 days into the refinance, we had still no appraisal done nor had anyone called to schedule one. I kept having to call her to get updates and she just kept giving me excuse after excuse about why it was taking so long. This morning I got an email from her stating that she would be unable to continue the process and referred me to someone else. This company and lady are great if you have no questions. Once you ask what's going on because things aren't adding up right, they dump you. Buyers and refinancers BEWARE! They claim to want to help the customers but are only in it for the money!

  High VA interest rates for 799 credit scores ..... Funding was good service was good..... Strange conversation about not selling the house before 6 months pass so they would make their commission. House is finally sold and I would find a better interest rate at another lending institution. And hope they don't tell me " you can't sell your house before I make my commission "

  We were recommended to Jenny Santana at Guild. She and the rest of the staff gave us the professional courtesy and patience needed as the first-time homebuyers we were. I highly recommend looking into using Guild for their services.
