  I've worked with Vince Ventura 3+ times on loans through guild and will continue this long term network with Vince and the team there! The process is easy, loans are simple and straight forward. I had a snag in 1 loan a year later and guild was quick to take care of it. I appreciate the customer service short term and long term. Would highly recommend.

  Justin and Nicole (Team Morris) made our home buying experience exceptional! This wasn't our first home purchase but it was by far the smoothest transaction we've had. They were very knowledgeable and provided us thoughtful options. We had some unique circumstances towards the end of closing but they more than met the challenge with time to spare at closing! We highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase. They have great rates, highly experienced and provided outstanding service!
