  I have been banking with Guardian for nearly 12 years now, and they have never let me down! I highly recommend banking with Guardian at the Prattville Interstate Ct location. Today I had an emergent banking issue involving unauthorized/duplicate charges on my account & Scott Y. was so helpful and calming during the process of fixing my account via phone call AND email. He was so reassuring and calming while I was in distress. Thanks Scott! You deserve a raise.

  I love Guardian, I have used them for years and have several accounts with them. Love the people at this branch everyone is so friendly, especially Mrs. Donna! The only thing that drives me INSANE about them is the drive thru on Fridays. My job doesn't offer direct deposit, its Friday so common sense tells you at 12:00 you are going to be busy. Please send your tellers to lunch early or later so you have enough people to handle the "lunch " crowd. Most of us only get an hour lunch break and that is spent in your drive thru and driving back to work

  Don't use them for credit. They sure won't tell you that they do not report to call credit companies and still a hard pull to the credit. Been dealing with them for a year now in hopes it would pay off and it was a lie to myself. Its not worth dealing with them. Find someone better, it can't be hard.

  I’ve been a member for many years. Going to any branch is great no problems. However trying to call is like pulling eye teeth. It’s worse than calling Social Security office. There is no sense in this. Go back to the old way let us call the branch we need. Maybe by doing that I won’t have to wait 30 minutes

  By far the best Credit Union in this area!!! I have been a member for over 20 years and never had a loan problem or any issues. Definitely use them for your banking needs.

  This bank likes to hold your money 12 days even after it has came through its a families bank account so you know the is gone from your families account. I regretted getting invoked with Guarding credit Union. I made a mistake and sticking with my normal bank. The manager wasn't very helpful he was wanting a cripled man to leave his home to prove that we have money in the other account. If he only had to be in my shoes for a hour.

  Great credit union. Nice people and you can save money over normal bank charges. A lot better than all Big banks and MAX Credit Union. Low APR on loans. Cheaper loans than USAA.

  I use this Guardian as a shared branch from my own Credit Union. The staff is so nice and it is always an enjoyable experience when I bank there. Keep up the good work!
