  I think Richard is the only person who could have successfully found a lender for us, given the difficulties of financing our co-op building. He was always on top of the process and immediately available with responses. His staff was first-rate and helped us through a situation in which we couldn’t electronically sign documents because we were in a country that blocked such websites from the United States. Richard was confident, calm, and encouraging throughout the process, and when one lender changed its rules midstream, he quickly found an alternative. In the end, we got a surprisingly good rate and a smooth closing. I highly recommend his services to everyone.

  I may have had the perfect storm of problems with my refinance and the process dragged on for two months. If it wasn't for Jordan and his team, it may have gone on for three months or not have happened at all. They were diligent in following up with three separate institutions and made sure that all of the necessary paperwork was signed and in place. They were patient with me and explained the process as I was increasingly impatient waiting on others. I cannot recommend them enough and their expertise, knowledge and professionalism is a breath of fresh air in an industry that could use more of those qualities.
