  The reason I give guaranty bank and trust 5 stars is because the rating won’t let me give them 10!!! Hands down, this is the best bank I’ve ever used. I’ve held accounts with some of the largest “chain” banks out there and all you are to them is a number!! Guaranty bank always makes me feel like I’m their only account holder. I’ve had a few issues along the way with my account(always my fault!!) and they bend over backwards to help me clear things up. Mrs. Denise Randall and the whole bunch at the Sulpher Springs branch are absolutely amazing! I’m a Guaranty customer for life!!

  I've been with Big G for many years business account personal account special accounts loans long and short term and they have always had my back. I have been hacked and they handled it. My Son started A very successful now in Dallas window business in Sulphur Springs with Guaranty.

  The staff at Guaranty Bank and Trust have treated us like family for over a decade. We always feel valued and are taken care of in a professional manner. We have gotten personal loans, mortgages, auto loans, set up business checking accounts, personal checking accounts, and savings accounts. Each time, it’s been a positive experience. We love the format of the online banking and how it allows you to categorize your spending and mobile check deposits.

  I am thankful for the timely and conscientious service I receive from Brenda Wright. She is willing to help whenever I need something and always gets an answer to my questions. Recently, I greatly benefited from help I received from Michelle Marker, Jaquelin Salaza, and Chasity Gaines. These ladies helped with numerous and detailed deposits.   Going in and opening an account was super easy and enjoyable. I love the many options you get to choose from for your debit card. Literally sooo many choices!! The woman that helped us open our account was awesome, very friendly and relatable and made sure we had the acct that was best suited for us.
