  Sue helped my son with the loan on his first home. She was patient with him and always available to answer his calls, texts, and emails. You don’t get that level of service from other lenders. Sue is also helping my daughter refinance her home. Sue Izard and her staff give professional service with a smile. II recommend her to everyone. Also — her rates can’t beat.

  I work in the same building as guarantee bank ( Addison) this whole process was taken care of via email in no time at all. Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful. As a joke , I didn’t get my toaster tho, lol
