  ATM outside is a joke. On thanksgiving I attempted to use this institution to Make a withdrawal. this machine wouldn’t allow me to type in my PIN number, press cancel, or anything. ATM was completely unresponsive and after 30 seconds decided to retain my ATM card. After contacting them the next business day they can only say if it’s not our bank card then we can’t give you your card back. Don’t waste your time here, I’d rather pay the 4 dollar atm fee across the street than use this place ever again.

  Before you bank with Guaranty Bank & Trust make sure you NEVER need to rent a car! Guaranty bank does not allow charges for rental car services on your debit cards even though it’s your money! So as I write this I’m stuck at an Enterprise Rental Car in a town I’m not familiar with trying to figure out how I’m going to get home. Guaranty Bank in Livonia recommends I walk to Walmart, which is several miles away, with all the stuff I’m carrying out of my truck and get a Visa gift card to pay for it! This is a piss poor way to run a bank!!

  horrible banking service , constantly locking card and causing inconveniences despite never having any sign of fraudulent activities

  Not the best of customer service at new roads branch. Web sight says open till 5:30 on Friday but closed the drive through at 5:00 while sitting there waiting. Employee leaving building had attitude as well.

  I want to take the time out to say thanks to Eric Collette at guaranty Bank in new roads. I been banking with him for 9 years now and he always goes out of his way to make sure I get all my needs and I recommends anybody to him. Thanks bud!
