  I just recently used Guaranteed Rate to refinance my mortgage. They have been PHENOMENAL since day 1! I’m the type who is very skeptical about things like this- especially after being burned from the first broker/mortgage company that we used when we originally purchased my home. I’m so happy a friend referred Guaranteed Rate to me this time around! Michael Galanti and especially his assistant Madelyn and the whole team at Guaranteed Rate has been so amazing with their service - always quick to respond to any of my calls and emails- which for someone like me , that form of communication is so vital in a process such as this- so that is very much a good thing and appreciated. My husband and I are very pleased at how quick and easy they made this process! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to mortgage/refinance!

  Michael and his team made the whole process of refinancing very straightforward and easy to starting with the first phone call to the day of closing. The entire team always texted and/emailed me to keep me up to date of what was submitted and what were the next steps. Most everything was done on the computer /iPhone. Would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to get a mortgage as the process from start to finish was great. Mark
