Brian D1Took till the absolute last minute to get closing documents done. Actually they had us sitting @ the closing table for almost an hour so that statement isn't even accurate. One hand doesn't know what the others doing so you'll get multiple requests for documents already sent as well as 3rd party people calling to do verifications for the same thing multiple times as well. Makes you wonder how safe your information is... they also sell your loan right before your 1st payment is due so you can't pay it online. Then while your payment isn't technically late because they sold the loan balance will continue to accrue additional interest you won't realize until the final payment when you sell or pay off the loan. Buyer beware!!
