  I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. I honestly don't see how they still have a license to sell cars. From changing the value of my trade in after the purchase was already made, to lie after lie after lie. I have been told at least 15 times by RUSSEL that he was gonna get back with me only to have to call him after hours with no response. They paint over rust and sell nothing but junk cars that look good on the outside. My check engine light came on the day after the car was bought. Beware! You have been warned!

  This place was absolutely amazing. After we were screwed over by multiple other car dealerships we came across Mark at Guaranteed Cars and credit. He sent us to a credit union he usually works with and they approved me for a loan at the rate I wanted. Then Mark let us see the best cars that were in our budget. We walked away with a fantastic car and a great experience. These guys will work with you and are honest. Make sure to ask for Mark :)

  We bought a Toyota rav4 from here. The guys were nice. No pressure at all, Tom was very helpful. The process was easy for us. Not the stereotypical car place, I would do business with them again.

  After looking all day yesterday with no luck! On a car I was able to get a car I never pictured myself in but ended up loving it. Mark helped me out with no problem and negociated a price. I was in and out in an hr! I would definitely recommend going here!

  Shady business practices. Dropped $2500.00 down payment to get the car. Financed the car through West Lake Financial.I was behind on my first payment about two weeks, but I thought I was still going to be able to make a car payment to get back current, but then I woke up today and noticed that my car was gone. Tried to resolve it with them to make it current, but West Lake already sold the contract back to Guaranteed Cars and Credit. Basically they made 2500.00 off of me and got the car back as soon as I fell behind. BEWARE!!!!!!

  The customer service could definitely use some improvements. They say they will call you back, but never do. When I called to check in on the vehicle I was interested in, they were very rude. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

  Everyone was very nice and friendly. They will work you with to get you in a car. Best dealership experience I have ever had.

  Didn't have the best experience here.. I went in and tried my best to get a car with a 0 down payment and was told no not just once but twice.. Went to Drive Time and drove off the lot in a car with 0 down after I was told by this place that I would need a down payment anywhere I went.. Plus the car I got was better than the one I was looking at here.. DRIVE TIME ALL THE WAY!!!!!
