  They are incredible! They have help me so much in many ways! They are always very understanding! I love the branch on Don Diego. The manager is amazing!

  We have had wonderful experiences with the Don Diego branch of the Guadalupe Credit Union. My partner had a car loan with them, and it was VERY well handled, from start to final payment. Yesterday I went in for the first time since the CV-19 lockdown, and the staff was caring, friendly and efficient! Everyone at this location is top notch! After my partner had a dust-up with B of A, she switched to Guadalupe and she is glad she did! A truly wonderful Credit Union. No more banks for US!

  Terrible customer service. Ages to get someone on the phone, people transferring you over an over, they never follow up regardless of how many voice messages you leave them. Their online banking system lacks in functionality. If you are reading this, please find yourself a better Credit Union, this one is mainly for people lacking SS.

  They're always super nice but never answer the phone. When I'm out of work they're closed so I have to call sometimes. Its almost as if they only have 1 person running the entire bank

  I opened a business account and have been appalled by the failure of customer service and internet technology of this credit union. After being completely unable to create an account for internet banking on their website, I called customer service and spent about two hours (mostly on hold) and made four separate calls to the customer service number, all to no avail. Although their website says they are open until 5 PM, they appear to have stopped answering their phone at about 4 PM and, after spending another 20 minutes on hold, my last call was finally answered by some answering service at around 4:30 PM. Unfortunately, the answering service couldn't assist me with my problem and instead took my number for a call back. Tried to call them during business hours in the morning and went straight to eternal-hold. They need to hire someone to answer their phones.

  The customer service is wonderful. I felt welcome when I opened my account with GCU. There only two down sides: the online banking portal is out dated, and you can't open an account online.

We haven't pursued account openings online because of the security threats we hear about every day.   They rarely answer my phone calls. I was on the phone for 15 minute and no one answered. So I drove to the CU and they never filed my important documents. Employees not doing their jobs.
