  Adam and the entire team at Guadalupe bank provide a high degree of personal customer service and go the extra mile to make sure all facets of their banking relationships are executed to the highest standard.   Adam Luton was an excellent representative of Guadalupe Bank with outstanding customer service skills. Adam was very responsive to our questions and requests. He personally oversees the process to the end instead of sending an assistant to make contacts. Adam is the first loan officer in my experience to be present during sign off at the Title company to make sure documents pertaining to the bank are good and to answer any further questions we have. Thank you Adam for the smoothest transaction. And by the way, kudos to the underwriter who caught the probate lien on the title report.

  I have really enjoyed working with Guadalupe Bank at the Fredericksburg location. Much of the staff greets me by name with a friendly smile. I recently requested several new business checking accounts be opened...and in less than one business day all the new accounts were ready and accessible online!
