  I am not going to fluff this up. This company is very straight forward with their client. As a first time home buyer, they made the process very simple, effortless, and stress-free. Numbers were easy to understand and they made sure that any questions you had were answered and you left without a single doubt in your mind and knew where your money was going. Personally I was given a cost estimate higher than my actual final payment so that is always nice. This team work with AND for you!

  Our Team was so responsive to every email, on the money with our estimates , helpful with suggestion for home owners insurance . We are first time home buyers and this company made it so easy to purchase our first home. LOWEST rates for interest as well! We will defiantly use Green Tree in the future and tell all our friend about them

  If it wasn't for Kenneth Pitoscia, I would of been over my head. He was extremely responsive. Would answer my questions immediately even when I would message him at 11pm at night. I actually got rid of q lender who offered a discount if I stayed with him. However, his quality wasn't compared to Kenny's. Look no further! These guys are you lenders!

  This was my first time buying a home. Kenny and the people at greentree made the process as smooth as possible. Answering Every question we had with honesty and timeliness.   It is not an over-statement to say that Jeremiah Philips work in mortgage is magnificent. In our journey to find a home for my family, Jeremiah was there every step of the process. The level of service, professionalism and knowledge he provided us justifies this five star rating. If you need a mortgage professional who will be beside you and your family, then choosing Jeremiah will be one of the best decisions you'll make, I personally would recommand Jeremiah to my family and friends.
