  We used GreenSky when we were re-doing our backyard oasis and so far we haven't had any issues with them. Would recommend them to a friend if they were in need of a financing company for their needs as well.

  This is the first time in two years I really called Greensky. I was lucky enough to speak with Nick H. He quickly told me they had a plan in place to defer payments, due to the current National Disaster. I'm old enough to be Nick's mother. I vented, I gave him freezing eggs advice. And, I encouraged him to stay inside! I vented, and he listened patiently! I wish him and his family well. And, he's working from home, so thank you Greensky, for that! Thank you, Nick!

  Terrible company to get a loan from! Only interested in getting more contractors to sell their loans. If your contractor fails they still release the money to them. Thankfully my contractor is working it out with me. The one year same as cash is inviting but dont do it!! They will not back up their consumers that get their loans.

  Terrible!!! Mailed my first payment 2 weeks before it was due. They claim they didn't get it so I paid over phone. Checked the next morning and there is the check and the phone payment both posted. They told me checks may not get to their "main facility" on time, and if it gets to them late I would still be charged a fee. There is something very sneaky about this company.

  Horrible company that cannot communicate or correctly process payments. If you get someone on the phone to take your payment, then they want two payments. You fix whatever the problem was on their end, and they still incorrectly process the next payment. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

  They've been wonderful and did a check in survey to ensure the account was charged properly and that you understand all the terms of the loan and that work was completed in a satisfactory manner.
