BajaRon5I have been banking with Greeneville Federal Bank since 2003. Home loan, Re-Finance, Rental Property loan, Personal Checking and Savings and a business account. I have always enjoyed personal, professional and very friendly service here. I am not sure what happened with the person who wrote a review where this was not their experience. But I can assure you that whatever negative experience they encountered is not the norm for this bank. I have been a happy customer from day one!

Jason Baker1Why not to bank here: antiquated service, bad service, if you got a good attitude and a smile it was an off day, they don't want your business, local bank, have something happen while out of town or out of state or better yet out of country...sorry you're out of luck, closed on Saturday, make sure your change is rolled and addressed and no, they can't print you out a card on the spot...
