Jeff Magown1Terrible credit union. The website and phone service would be bad in 1998, almost impossible to get a person to help. They seem to make it intentionally hard to pay your loan payment, which is really fun!

Matt Parsons2Charged me to cash a check from their member despite the fact that I’m a member of 2 national co-op CU’s. Also took literally 10x as long as it should have. SMH Edit: In response to GTFCU’s reply: Perhaps this could have been waived after y’all had wasted 30-40min if my Saturday. Better yet- why wasn’t I invited to become a member to avoid the fee? You get to pretend you have 10x as much money as you actually hold and profit upon lending the money you invent. Charging for cashing a check written by one of your members is simply greedy NONSENSE and thinking there’s any reasonable justification for it or playing the ‘just doing my job’ card is grotesquely robotic. FOR SHAME!

Pavel D1If you say you're open until 1pm, the doors should be open if the time on your parking lot is showing 12:32. Being open as scheduled is a relatively easy thing to be reliable at.

Maria Morales3I try to call a specific branch, and keep getting a different. The different branch numbers are not listed. I want to speak with a specific branch and keep getting placed on hold or they hang up. **When ;you call the main number, there are no instructions to enter an extension, and by the way they cut the call on me**
