I give this rating to the young lady Kaylee, she also so helpful and kind, she's probably the only reason I stay. You need more employees like her because the other one is rude and clueless.

This Bank masked changes to your account numbers and doesn't tell you. The 3 ladies at the Crooks branch are no help. Can't even make out a cashiers check properly. Had to go to a different branch to get help mire than once. Hours are pathetic. Changing banks.
