  Great people, but since bought out the new hours are horrible! Not all banking can be done remotely, online or with an app. Trying to deposit cash just isn't possible with these methods. With no Saturday options anymore that only leaves this long time customer with one option. Seams as if we aren't the only customer feeling this way.

  Hours changed. No Saturday hours. Closed branch nearest me. One large check I wrote was withdrawn twice leaving my account negative, found this out while paying for an important meal only to be declined for insufficient funds! Embarrassing. Time to move everything to Veridian. Best of luck first interstate

  The bank after being bought is now only open on weekdays 9-5:30 PM. I guess if I need to go to the bank I’ll have to take time off of work. What a joke.

  Not anything bad for this Branch itself. But my online bankingBut my online banking hadBut my online banking had beenBut my online banking had been hackedBut my online banking had been hacked last yearBut my online banking had been hacked last year inBut my online banking had been hacked last year in October or SeptemberBut my online banking had been hacked last year in October or September.But every time I call them to get it fixedFraud department has to tell them to tell me who I gave my online log in to which is no body. Aa soon as I get a different bank I will be shutting down my account with them. I can not keep going in to negative because I can't log on to my mobile app and Ive gone negative to mamy times and they don't care or seem to want to help figure anything out.

  If I could give less than one star I would. Worst customer service from them and was advised they shredded my card because it was expired and "hot" would have loved an explanation before this decision was made. Bank Manager didn't even bother asking why I was closing all of our accounts, I could have provided two employee names that need a refresher on customer service had he bothered to come to the window as the lobby was closed.

  This wonderful bank supports local business! We don't have an account with this bank and they still offered to do a change order for us, Thank You Great Western!!

  Closed out my "free" checking account and was charged a $10 service fee. To add insult to injury I was charged $.70 tax on the service fee. If I could leave less than one star I would. Long time account holder with the bank before it was Great western, got my first home loan through this bank before it was Great Western. All was good till it switched over to Great Western. Save yourself money bank elsewhere.

  So my bank accounts were hacked. And instead of letting me know. They closed all my accounts and didn’t say a word. Worst bank ever

  Always friendly and cash all my checks there. Beautiful building and lobby.
