  I have been banking with them for 17 years I have had a few hiccups here and there but whenever fraud has happened to me they have caught it before my money would be stolen I have always encountered friendly service there.

  The customer service has gone so far downhill it is horrible. Especially the drive thru service at the Amherst branch, they close at 5pm I pulled into the parking lot at 4:59pm and they were all closed up and refused to help. I have to drive 25 minutes with out traffic to get there as the Nashua branch is closed, at this time of day the traffic on Amherst street is jammed packed. Unfortunately this is the only time I can get out here with my work schedule, it seems like the staff is more interested in getting out early than helping the members. I have been a member for 13 years and it is so sad to watch the customer service just go downhill, they used to be fabulous and now I am going to be looking for a new bank.

  Granite State has been great to work with. I have had multiple car loans and I am able to pay them through the mobile app. They have always been helpful and explain answers well when I have called them.

  The people who work at this brach treated me with kindness, unfortunately, like many banking institutions, the loan officers can be heartless. I’m grateful I don’t have to stamp denied on applications from homeless people.

  I have literally sat at the drive thru 5 times in the past 2 weeks to make deposits. It has taken a minimum of 15 minutes every time!!! Why have a drive thru if you aren't going to staff it??? Horrible drive thru service!!

  DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Refused to change my address after I moved out of state and then sent me mail and gave me fees for the mail being returned until there was nothing left in the account CROOKS !!! I HOPE YOU GET SHUT DOWN

  No body knows if theirs an atm at the new bank in nsshua let alone what new bank is what they say

  Hi Paul, there are four drive-up lanes at the new branch with ITM’s that function as ATM’s 24/7.   This is possibly the worst disaster of a bank or credit union I have ever worked with. No one has any idea what they are doing and it's a constant battle to just pay on my loan. Severely unimpressed!

  Waiting in line for 40 + minutes at a drive through window is unacceptable!

  Hi Stephanie, we apologize for the long wait and inconvenience. With the increase of COVID-19 cases throughout the state, our lobbies remain closed at this time due to staffing and safety protocols. As a result, we are experiencing longer wait times at our Branch Drive-Up locations, as well as when calling into our Contact Center. ⁠ ⁠ We encourage members to visit our Drive-Up’s PRIOR to 11 AM, and/or by calling our Contact Center AFTER 11 AM. This will help you avoid their busiest times. We also reviewed your transaction and wanted to let you know that we do accept ATM deposits and night drop deposits at any time of day. Deposits made at the ATM will not be available immediately and night drop deposits are processed the next business day. This could also assist you in avoiding longer drive-up lines in the future.
