  Open back up inside! I’m frustrated and sick and tired of waiting in the drive through line for 30 plus minutes every time I need to come here! It’s getting ridiculous now.

  Hi Kristine, Our lobbies are closed quite honestly due to staffing shortages. We have had good luck recently hiring but it takes time to get staff trained. At the same time, we have had 20-30 employees out on any given day with illness or required quarantines. We are hopeful that we will have adequate staffing levels to reopen lobbies soon. In the meantime, we are happy to have someone reach out to you by phone and review your needs and see if there are electronic options that could help you or if a scheduled lobby appointment is needed.   Despite the pandemic, I was able to finish processing a loan and pick up the check at the drive through without a delay. Very friendly and helpful staff, they even gave treats to my dogs!

  The best staff! Edit: Although staff is kind, they constantly mess up my payments for my auto loan. I have a loan with Heritage Credit Union and pay them through shared banking with Granite State. I say "HI! I'd like to make this payment towards my CAR LOAN with Heritage" and the tellers keep putting it to my savings account at Heritage, which I dont even use. Heritage thought I was missing 4 payments last year because of this mistake that keeps happening. Behold, my moneys hiding in the unused savings account. Also went to pay 2 car payments a few days ago and the teller only put one... very frustrating. Made a call and the lady said to tell them "put it towards my auto loan" which I have already been saying.... i don't know what else to do. Im getting so irritated... why is this even an issue?

  Love this branch. The customer service is outstanding. I appreciate how they value their customers and are friendly. So many places today treat you as a transaction and not a person. This branch makes you feel like part of the family.

  Sitting in line at the drive thru and line is out the parking lot with no movement in 10 minutes except those who've given up!
