  Great customer service. I recently refinanced my née car loan and their offers and recent promotion was amazing. The loan officer was very professional and the staff is always courteous.

  Talk about Telecommunications! I left a message last month and have not received a call back yet from anyone. Why I am just now calling back again today? I was waiting for the situation to resolve on its own, it hasn't. Can I get a return call concerning my account? Kindly!

  I can not wait for the branch to actually be open. I have made several attempts to reach a teller or someone who can actually get to the bottom of my issue I'm having. I usually do not have trouble with this bank. But this is an issue that does not take much to resolve. Please,please do better!

  My mom is a member of this credit union and she lives it. She says customer service is very friendly, and they help her with all questions and concerns. Excellent banking.

  A bunch of unprofessional black women. Customer service is horrible. They don’t return messages regarding your account. I’ve called several times during this pandemic and haven’t received any return call to resolve my issue. Will be closing my account immediately.
