  I have been banking with GWCU for 14 years and had same banker since we have been there. She started from a loan officer and now a Branch Manager. I have lived all over the country and never left because of her. They are absolutely the best to work with and make things so easy and convenient. She has set me up with her assistant and Michael is just as amazing. Don’t hesitate to do buisness with this Bank.

  Fast, prompt and informative service. Staff knows their job and explains and asks permission before doing anything. I opened a new account and expect everything in the future to be as smooth as my first impression and experience.

  No one ever knows how to complete an IRA contribution. Slowest title release to the state ever, takes a month to get a title and they will not give you a lien release document. Better car loan rates are available at Utah First Credit Union.

  The drive thru is always great! They are friendly, nice, and fast. The loan officer I worked with was inefficient and rude. She ran my application through with all wrong information. Assumed products for me. She offered me a credit card and when I mentioned a particular card I was interested in she said it wouldn't be a good fit, because its for people who pay their balance off in full each month. Im pretty financial savy and don't carry card debt. She dropped the ball on the car loan and the vehicle i wanted, after a month of looking, was sold. Highly suggest you take your business to a different branch.

  The gwcu atm is not dispensing any cash to anyone right now (me and another random guy tried it) and it’s harder than hell to get in to this location with the construction. Jeez.

  Amazing customer services, and a positive vibe/environment walking into this credit union. I've never had bad services, if I have a problem or questions they are easily answered and quickly resolved and fixed. Love this bank!

  This branch is by far the best. They’re always very friendly and help me efficiently with my transactions. Perla always helps me with all my account questions, she’s seriously a amazing at what she does. I love the Harrison Branch!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. As a real estate agent this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mortgage lender. If you want to close on your house on time DO NOT use them!
