  I've been in this business several times. The employees do not wear masks and when I politely asked if one would put one on to serve me his response was "individual rights". I explained that I am older and would really appreciate it if a mask could be worn. The employee just looked at me. I am a supporter of individual rights but wouldn't it be nice if the employees would think of others as well? How hard would it be to put on a mask for 30 seconds if a customer requests that you do so? Come on guys! Is this really about individual rights or is it an affiliation with others who refuse to adhere to suggested health guidelines? You can do better!!!

  THis is by far the best Pawn Shop I have ever been into. I have been a consistent customer for 2 years now. I have been super impressed with the customer service, especially by the owner Donald and by the most cheery and helpful person EVER Stephanie. If you have been in this Pawn Shop you would've met both of them. They are very fair in the prices they offer for things to buy at the Pawn Shop (I bought a ring there) and also if you sell things to them to be sold. They explain everything in detail and you are always greeted with a warm smile and quick service. The store is clean, professional and the inventory varied and in excellent condition. They even cleaned my wedding rings for me. I could not say enough good things about the new owner Donald and their staff.

  Not your typical pawn shop. A very nice retail space with the prices well-marked. The merchandise varied from like new to used and was laid out very nicely. This place is more like an upscale General Store. I stopped in just to browse not looking for anything but I couldn't pass up a great deal on a soda maker. I would definitely recommend anybody walking by stop in and check it out.

  The staff is so nice and helpful. They make you feel welcome. They have jewkeryj for sell, movies, tools, fishing gear, photocameras and now even do dropped off for UPS and FedEx, how cool is that???... I love this place.

  They offer me 10 dollars for a whole set of Milwaukee 4 batteries 1 charger Plus drill Sawzall blower and a miter saw that was no experience at all I think they were just messing with me no good

  I’m Sorry to hear about your experience. We do evaluate every item to the best of our abilities and give a fair offer based on each items value. In the state of California the terms for a loan is four months, so we do have to keep in consideration the depreciation of the item. We would be more than happy to reexamine your items.

  I've come here twice and both times everyone was very accommodating and friendly. They offered me fair and reasonable prices and gave reasons to why courteously. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somethings to buy or to sell!

  Great and friendly service!!! The manager especially! I believe her name was Stephanie, she gave me a great deal on a necklace and lots of great things to see.

  This is a great place to go to buy silver coins. The owner is very knowledgeable and fun to speak with. I highly recommend a trip!

  The people there are so friendly and helpful... If your a first time pawner they explain everything and help u out if u want to buy something to reasonable prize and good customer service.

  This place is outstanding! I come here for all watch fixing and other. Absolutely great customer service.
