  Great branch location, pretty good customer service, and waiting times aren’t that bad. Only downside is that the mobile app can be pretty finicky sometimes.

  I hope they plan to reopen this location. I've had a great experience with Golden 1. Employees are always very friendly and helpful. It would be great if they told people when/if the bank would reopen.

You may visit our closest branch in Davis at 508 Second Street Davis, 95616 for your banking needs. ATM services remain available at our Woodland branch and our secure Mobile App, Online Banking Service, or contact center are available for immediate service.

  Absolute worst customer service ever! I have a joint account with my daughter and have been trying to open a savings account for two months, but they can’t seem to figure out how I can do this. I just drove 30 minutes to go to this horrible branch and was turned away because it was 30 minutes before closing and they won’t take new accounts that close to closing. Rude and lazy staff who would rather be sure to get out on time than help a potential customer. I’ll find a place that actually wants my business!

  Used the credit card to pay for damages, now that I need the total interest & fees to get my $ back in a lawsuit this bank refuses to providd the interest, fees, & other costs information. Missing over $2k over my calculated interest. Why is this bank refusing to provide the $ i paid for? I would not do business with this Bank if I were you.

  This is hands down the worst branch EVER. The tellers are rude and dismissive, expecially Pami. They claim to be unable to provide the most basic of customer service, after waiting in a lengthy line. My issue was handled in 10 minutes by the call center after being told the clerk in the branch could not help me. I would give this branch 0 stars if I could.

  Always have to wait a very long time to be helped, even the ATM out front is super slow. The employees are very nice though.

  Great place to seat around and wait..... Came to this bank due to our last bank was horrible for the same reason. May have to switch banks again.

  That moment when you think Wells Fargo was the worst bank. The line in here sucks! Only 2 windows open on a Friday? This is ridiculous!
