  ATM is open all day everyday. There are two, so if one is down, there's always one working. Cash withdrawals are done in increments of 20. Great bank as well.

  I had opened up a bank account about a year ago when I purchased out my vehicle and unfortunately if your card has ever Been lost or stolen and there’s been a charge on your debit card unfortunately this bank is unable to give you the money back. BS, even my prepaid debit card can provide me with my refund! How is it that a prepaid debit card could refund me for what is lost and this bank can’t. Choose another bank

  Moved from another state. Went here to setup new accounts. But what's this? There's not a soul to help us. New account setup is by appointment only. No shot Golden 1. Hard pass.

  Been with Golden One going on 21 years! They promptly help and answer questions without having to go get someone else. I love it! I am disabled so the fact that they have a space and chair to wait for my. turn is so considerate

  They need more workers how are we supposed to manage our accounts with over 30 minute waits and 2 tellers do better

  The manager on floor today 11/08/21 has no type of customer service nor does Banker Jasmine. Golden1 should provide some training

  This credit union has short lines. The customer service is great. One time I was applying for a student credit card, they told me that they would let me know if I was approved. On the way home not more than two blocks down the street I get a call that I wasn't approved. I enjoyed that they let me know quickly. The only thing is, I just wish it would be open longer hours.

  When I started with golden one they had a location in merced. Not anymore. I've been loyal to my bank but if they don't get one in merced county I'm going to switch. Which is sad I really like this bank.

  In the branch the customer service is fantastic! The main headquarters is a whole other story. I have financed a few vehicles through them purchasing new and trading in with dealers. This time I tried to sell private party, buyer was pre approved with Golden 1 and had an account prior to arrival. 4 hours to complete a same bank purchase! 4 hours! Not acceptable by any bank standards.

  Been a member for approx 30 years. Only 2 times have I thought about withdrawal of my $'s & closing my account...like I did 30 years ago w/BOA. I HATE BANKS!
