  This man receives stolen items. ..knows that police reports have been made for these items and then CHARGES the person the items were stolen from when they go to get their things back. ..even when told by the police it is against the law.....THEN says , knowing who turned in the stolen items, that if they come in with any more stolen items that he will sell it right away instead of returning it to the rightful owner. ...AGAINST THE LAW!!! This establishment is being watched by the police. .this man is not an honest business man!!!

  The Gold Loan Co. is by far the best pawnshop in R.I. The manager and the owner have gone above and beyond being helpful and informative about every question anyone has. They have been in business for almost 25 years. They work with every law enforcement agency, police, attorney general and spend thousands of dollars a year to help retrieve any stolen items for victims. It's obvious this woman (Linda Froehlich), is a victim and is uninformed, but more importantly clueless above laws pertaining to pawnbrokers and should do her homework before she slanders a honest, law biding business. Precious Metals which people sell to the pawnshop, (gold, silver, jewelry,etc.) have to be held for 2 weeks before it can be resold or melted for scrap. And when someone gets a loan (pawn), the pawnshop must hold it in safe keeping for a minimum of 120 days. The reason why people can get their stolen goods back is because PAWNSHOPS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO REPORT EVERY TRANSACTION TO THE POLICE AND ATTORNEY GENERAL, HELLO.....That is why police can find stolen goods..This business will not knowingly take in stolen goods and risk their license..That would be Dumb Dumb Dumb... like Linda F.

  I came here on 12.19.2018 and I came in with a price in head for a ring and it was met perfectly here at 100 Bernon st woonsocket RI. Seriously come in here they great and very nice and helpful.

  This place is awesome. The people and the prices are wonderful. Plus the check cashing place is a plus because it's in the same building. Two for the price of one that's a special in itself...lol.
