      Avoid Glacier Bank and First Security Bank. There is no Customer Service. Do not help with fraudulent charges on accounts. Just don't bank with them. Terrible excuse for what's supposed to be a "Local" Bank for Montanans.

      WORST BANK. Messed up my loan TWICE. Did not set up my account properly to have escrow/insurance taken out and now my mortgage is almost $400 EXTRA because they don't know how to do their job. Go somewhere else if you can! Not worth it.

      Worst service I've ever experienced. It took them literally hours to close an account I had just opened i would advise anyone looking for a local bank to look else where horrible service
