  The worst place to go to. The cashier that works in the front does not know what they are doing. One day ask you for something and then the next day something else. They add and change laws as they please. I was told my Rosie that the manager is aware. My daughter has a job under the age, and she asked me to cash her check as her MOTHER!! And the cashier is going to say my daughter has to be present, when they have done it many times before. If you don’t want your blood pressure to go up, don’t come here. First they say my daughter has to call, so she called and now they say she can’t cash it, she needs a NYS ID. Everyday is something different.

  I was a customer there before pandemic. Then my Id was expired so I got a new one for them just got it 2 days ago but it doesnt have a picture girl on phone said it no good without a picture even tho I been there several times and I got a ton documents saying it is me

  The ladies at the window are polite and professional. You get that little hello greeting and not the attitudes that you get from other check cashing places. They even let you no how you want you money as far what domination all hundreds twenties etc. Good people. Others complain about to many questions well there are a lot of scammers out there so they are extra careful. So understand there duty to question any check because fraud cost taxpayers money. The gentlemen in question isn't rude he is just doing his job . his character comes out a little strong but in a business like this you have too

  I have been to this place years ago and was charged only 3$ to cash a check for any amount. Now, I went back recently and was charged 38$ to cash a check!!! That is utterly ridiculous. Never going back!

  Horribly checking process. Needs to be unsigned before you cash your check. Unbelievable

  Pleasant employees. Fast service. Clean establishment. No issues like there used to be at Industry Check Cashing, which is now closed. I have cashed New Jersey and Massachusetts checks here. The review below that says they don't cash out of state checks is innacurate. There may be some companies or states they don't accept but I have never had an issue with out of state checks.

  Nice people but they do not cash checks that are not from New York State they should change the name to new york check cashing only

  The women were friendly. But make sure you sign the check in front of them. It's store policy. Otherwise they might not accept it.

  The two females that works there are usually nice but the male(the owner I assume) is almost all of the time nasty and unfriendly. I refuse to go there anymore. The staff in the other check cashing in bayshore on union Blvd are much nicer and friendly

  Terrible I experience here for cashing your check for the first time. They ask a million questions. It took constant questioning and back and forth examining before I got my check cashed. It seemed as if they were profiling me.
