  My husband and I have been loyal customers of this bank for over a decade. The branch manager, Michelle, has always been polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Unfortunately, while Michelle was on vacation, I had to deal with her assistant, Zach Beck. Zach should not be in customer service. He was rude, condescending and completely unwilling to help me out. His attitude towards me on the phone lead me to believe he was on a power trip. I will be contacting Michelle when she returns from vacation and make her aware of my experience. If this is the type of service we can be expecting, then perhaps we should do our banking somewhere else. Very disappointed!
