  I called to inquire about selling a piece of art and was abruptly told they were uninterested and hung up without asking anything about the piece. They should not advertise that they also specialize in art when that is clearly not the case.

  This company and its workers clearly understand the true meaning of "customer service" and does it with true compassion for not only their customers but what has brought them to these troubling times. They worked not only professionally but also ensured it was worked on quickly so it lessened my suffering time.   Let me first off start by saying you cannot find a better person to deal with than Robert . My family and I were going through a rough time and after a phone call and a meeting help us out with a collateral loan. I had no one else to help and he did.   I was in needed of some cash after being sick due to covid-19 the economy hit my home in a unexpected way. I found this place on the internet and i cannot regret. Robert is an excellent person and never question why i needed the money i was a little shy since i am not used to pawn my stuff, it was very important valuables from my mother and grandma and i told them how i got them and he understood how important those items were for me. I told them how much i needed and he told me wait a second i will tell you how much i can give you, if it was another person he would of said ok i will give you that but he noticed he could give me more and i really appreciate it. Very honest people i really recommend this service.
