      The customer service is terrible. Worst bank to ever bank with. I would prefer to use Navy federal because at least they have better customer service.

      When they lost the branch manger that had for years. The customer service is no longer there, you can’t get anyone on the phone. So you have to call another branch.

      GeoVista will process withdrawals and hold all funds before processing deposits which results in additional overdraft fees. I spoke with a representative today who told me this is typical and not a mistake on GeoVista. She also told me that overdrafts resulting from GeoVista due to holding funds and processing withdrawals prior to processing deposits cannot be returned to the customer.

      The worst bank ever, they will hit you with random fees... Put unnecessary holds on your account and they won't help you with it. Terrible customer service.

I've seen customers in there with bad attitudes, I mean, actually using profane language.
