Best banking institution I have ever dealt with, from the day I walked in there in 2000 meeting LeAnn and Darlene. So personable and helpful. I was sad when the new manager came But Mr. Chavas Boyd has been wonderful, so helpful with whatever I present to him. I had to takeaway a Star because recently the phone system is changed and very very difficult, no longer can you dial extensions, so the wait time always more then 30 min.

Always have a greeting and a smile. I wish I could get that kind of service every where. . It's like going to visit a friend. Darlene is the greatest! It took a while to get used to not being face to face but there safely is most important.
