  Specifically recommending Jimmy Le and leaving this review after working with him. GAs own customer for years in Conyers…no issues. They have handled my current mortgage and several loans. Mr Le is easily the best that I’ve gotten a chance to work with. Extremely fast, attentive to detail, and offers solid advice.

  Save yourself the frustration and find another financial institution. They are horrible on so many different levels. The branch hours aren't convenient. Navigating through customer service on the phone is ridiculous. The phone customer service is the worst. Getting someone to respond to emails or voicemails is a joke.

  By far the worse bank I have EVER dealt with. The Branch Manager Jimmy Le act like he has your best interest and is understanding of situation but it’s all lies. They do own up to their screw up nor will see to it that the issue is resolved. You are prejudged before a decision is made. So glad I closed my account with them and I will not be recommending anyone to do business with them.

  Terrible Bank very impersonal. Notice I say Bank. A credit union is supposed to be more member focused and because it is member-owned there are supposed to be no fees. I get charged $8 a month for my checking account all because I hit a rough patch and was low on money for a little while because of an accident. They don't work with you at all. I got out of work with just enough time to barely make it to the bank before they close. Called before I arrived to let them know I was trying to make it there as soon as I possibly could so that I could get money deposited in my account to pay a bill that was coming out at 9 p.m. They told me that they would work with me as long as I made it there. Got there at 4:01 to have the doors locked and the lady that came to the door be completely rude to me and act like my situation didn't concern her even in the slightest. The very second my loan is paid off I will not hesitate to take my business elsewhere. I would almost rather be a customer of Wells Fargo then to be a Georgia's Own Credit Union customer. To hell in a handbasket at the very least with the employees at the Grayson Georgia location

  I made an appt with a representative to get a car loan check to take to the dealership. I only waited 5 minutes until Vanessa called me in to her office and got me all the paperwork, explained everything thoroughly, and got me the check. It was quick and painless and I was able to get it done on my lunch break. Now I'm free to shop anywhere I want for a new car and I have the buying power for the dealerships to take me seriously. Great job, Georgia's Own and great job, Vanessa!

  I really like this location it's larger than the one I went to before and everyone is a lot friendlier as well there was more than 1 or 2 people in the store and when I went in for a few questions I was in and out in no time even when there was a ton of other people waiting with me there was several people in the little side office parts as well as at the counter and I'm guessing she was a manager but a nice lady came out and told us while we were waiting 3 rooms were about to open up and thanked us for our patience! It was not needed but very nice and not something I got at the other location so I don't see why this place is under 3 stars but I am glad I moved closer to this one! Only wish they were open on Saturday!!!

  Everyone is always friendly in the drive through and I never have to wait at the times I go. I have received car loans, mortgage loans, personal loans from the credit union and have always received great service I don't like they are now closed on Saturdays, but other than that I enjoy banking here.

  Lobby is open now, but they are not able to make deposits to other credit unions in the network. It used to be done with no problem. No reason given for the change. It was much better when it was Georgia Telco.

  Absolutely crooked. Paid off my auto loan TWO YEARS ago - I hold the title and everything, yet they refuse to acknowledge my account has been paid off, and my credit has been hurt by this for - again - TWO YEARS purely because they've neglected to do the paperwork -or whatever it is it takes. Absolutely appauled. Livid beyond capacity. I will have to file a claims lawsuit because of this, and it SHOULD NOT have to come down to this. Save yourself the damage, and find another bank.

  Literally have been on hold for an hour and 20 minutes with member services without speaking to anybody. I had a debit card stolen. I immediately called member services and I’ve been on hold ever since. Even as I write this google review. I’ve driven to the car wash, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, then drove home, and now writing a google review. ALL WHILE ON HOLD WITH GEORGIAS OWN. Maybe I’ll take the phone into the shower?? This is insanity. This is literally the worst “credit union” I’ve ever been with.
