  I was referred to Keith Wilson at Georgia Mortgage Services Inc through a friend. My friend spoke highly of him so my wife and I began communications to help purchase a new house. Keith was extremely helpful with every step throughout the entire experience. Any time we had a question, he was quick to respond with a complete and thorough answer. He made the entire process much easier for us. By the time we closed, we had already referred others to Keith and Georgia Mortgage. I would absolutely recommend speaking to the team at Georgia Mortgage. In fact, I have already contacted Keith again to look at refinancing due to increased credit scores and changes in the market.

  I had never used a company for mortgage services prior but was recommended to Keith by our real estate agent. Keith understood we didn't have the knowledge and walked us through every single step. Each time I called Keith, he was quick to answer (no matter the time of day) and made everything seem so simple. There was time sensitive material needed at our closing and Keith only had a 24 hour notice but made it happen. He is trustworthy, hard working and truly cares about his clients.   Several months ago, it became necessary to sell our home relatively quickly and purchase another. Not having done this in 38 years, I did not know where exactly to begin. Through a friend I found out about Keith at Georgia Mortgage Services. My friend had told me how wonderful he was to work with, how he explained everything thoroughly, and how he had so professionally and knowledgeably helped her navigate the purchase of her current home. Keith certainly lived up to everything she had described...and more. The entire loan process was so smooth from start to finish.   Keith Wilson and Georgia Mortgage are the best in the business, in my opinion!! Every step of the way, I knew they were working in MY best interests. Keith was so patient and explained (very simply so I could understand!) many things about the process in general and specifics about my situation. He always promptly returned my emails and calls. Stephanie sent me information regularly and kept me up-to-date on what was happening that effected the process. She also answered all my emails promptly and clearly. NO pressure to do anything and always the best advice. I appreciated this company SO much.

  Keith is extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail the mortgage process and next steps. Most Mortgage services I have dealt with in the past are quick to "get it done" and not always have your best interest at heart. Keith puts the customer first which is a rare to come across nowdays. Highly recommend his company you won't regret it!

  We recently bought our first home [all thanks to Keith Wilson and his team]. We were nervous when we first decided to buy a home and weren't for sure what all it required and how to go about it.   Keith Wilson has been instrumental in the successful closing of our last two home purchases! He has a deep wealth of information and has access to fellow professionals and companies that make the process of obtaining a new home much more smooth. The best is his Excel tool that allows the buyer to manipulate purchase price, APR, loan term, down payment, and many other variables to help determine exactly what a home may cost in the short and long term. I can't recommend Keith and Georgia Mortgage Services enough!

  Keith Wilson was amazing start to finish. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage company. He is professional and goes above and beyond all expectations.   Years ago I financed my home with Keith Wilson. Recently a few issues came up as I was applying for a HELOC. I recontacted Keith as I hit a dead end with some issues concerning previous mortgage entanglements. Keith went above and beyond what I expected. Although there was nothing in it for him, he researched, emailed, called and straightened out my issues.
