  I had a great experience using George as my lender. He has great communication skills and is super honest. He has been my preferred lender multiple times and even when my builder would give me an incentive for using their lender, I refused. I know George would take good care of me and he did. I would 100% go with George as my lender in the future!

  As a first time homebuyer, I was very intimidated of all the different things that were necessary to continue to move forward with my dream of owning my own home. The majority of what I heard about buying a home was that it was a long, and arduous process. While actually finding a house was a rather difficult task, with the state of the market, going through the loan process was a breeze. George Castillo walked me through every single step. He answered all my silly questions. When I asked him to call, he called. My late night and early morning phone calls never went unanswered. It felt to me like he understands the severity of the decision of buying a house, and did everything he could to make sure my process was as smooth as can be. My realtor was even very impressed with how on top of it he was. I will gladly be recommending him to any, and all people I know who may be buying a house in the future.

  George Castillo and his staff offered the best customer service I could ever asked for. The process and the communication was excellent. They told my wife and I the process and how everything would happened and it played out exactly the way it was communicated to us.   Prime Lending was wonderful.. ready to close our loan in less than 30 days! George and his assistant Monica were the most amazing team. We were kept informed of everything that was happening with our loan every step of the way. George advised us on what we could expect and when to expect it and everything literally fell together exactly as he said. This felt like more than just another business deal...we were given personal touches like communicating via email, and George (and Monica) even worked with us the entire time he was vacationing.
