  Ed is awesome to work with!! You will always be aware of the next step in the procedure of buying or re-financing. I was turned down from other financial groups 4 years ago, but Ed had the resources needed to get me in the home I wanted, within financial reason. Through the process with anything that was needed to speed things up, he would reach out to me right away to keep the ball rolling. With the curveballs from underwriting to escrow, Ed gets it done so you don't have to stress!! This is my second experience with Ed and will continue with Gateway on any future changes or additions!!! Five stars all the way!!!!!!

  I tried to refinance my home and got the runaround from Ed at this company. He did not communicate with me. No response to emails or calls most of the time. I had to physically drive to his office in another town to get answers and communication. He had all documents from myself and my cosigner and didn't even do anything on my loan for over 2 months. I had a divorce decree deadline to meet for refinance and Ed cost me more money since he basically "sat" on my loan application and did basically nothing. He also has a huge wad of chew in his mouth while corresponding in person with me as a customer. I would never recommend him to anyone!!!

  Best experience I've had with re-financing ever. I have done this with my bank years ago and having someone that specifies with this was the better route by far! I would highly recommend Gateway!!
