  Paul was our lender. He was AMAZING, along with his team. The 1 thing that stood out with them were the videos Paul would send to walk you through what was going on. Over the top! We're 1st time buyers an the stories I've heard in the past were horrifying but honestly gateway an Paul an his team made it way too easy. Hands down highly recommended.

  I can’t say enough great things about Paul. Our first conversation over the phone lasted well over an hour. I had a gazillion questions and he explained everything patiently and thoroughly. As my loan process progressed, he was there walking me through every step of the way. He is so personable, knowledgeable and positive. He’s the kind of guy you feel like you’ve known your entire life and feel comfortable talking to. I highly recommended him to anyone needing assistance with the mortgage process.

  My husband and I worked with Paul and his assistant Shyann during our process of buying a brand new home. They were great and very diligent to when it came to getting the processes done. They always responded back when we reached out for help and always gave us the time we needed to understand the information provided to us. Overall, if we ever decide to buy another home in the future, we will definitely be working with gateway again!   Gateway loan officer Paul Moerman and processor Kim Sigman are an awesome team! Paul worked tirelessly on our loan till it was closed and we had a challenging loan! He answered all our questions, explained the loan process and terminology and covid19 changes. Paul gave us his focused attention and didn't give up when the situation got tough!   We were very pleased with Gateway Mortgage. Paul Moerman and Kim Sigman were outstanding! Any time we had a question or concern, Paul and Kim would get back to us right away. Gateway's interest rates and closing costs were much better than we received from several other major lenders, which will save us thousands! I couldn't recommend Paul and his team more strongly.
