  GECU is always courteous, helpful, and just a text, email, or phone call away. Plus we can always find a ATM or shared bank while traveling.

  Stopped at the drive thru to cash a check. The teller just pushed me through without following up or anything. And then when I asked a different teller a question, she snapped at me. She said, “Well I didn’t wait on you so I don’t know”, and she had attitude in her voice. I was shocked. She didn’t even attempt to be friendly. Glad that I don’t bank there.

  I have been with GECU for many years now and would never consider going anywhere else for a car loan etc even though my husband and I retired and moved to Northern California. The members are wonderful to work with. They are always professional but make you feel as comfortable as family.
