  I don't have anything bad to say about the Branch because everyone there is great. It's just that the website never works I have been a member for about three and a half years whenever I go to the website to check my account I can never get in. They told me to change my password like everyday and it still never works. Someone needs to correct this is very annoying we're almost in 2022.

I am not sure where your problems are lying or what is causing them but this is an extremely uncommon complaint.   Worst decision I ever made was getting a loan through these people. Garden Savings would be doing everyone a favor if they went out of business. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service, lack of knowledge, no one knows their head from their behind in this place.

  As I was walking the lady locked the door on me. That was rude. She saw me jogging across the st... She could of took care of me instead of rushing to go home. I'm livid...DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! FIND ANOTHER LOCATION OR BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

  This site has extremely poor customer care Woman over the phone who's in charge of a site Was very rude as if she hates her job I've been banking with them for the past 4 years I will be taking my business Elsewhere S adjust if you value how you are treated in an experience with the company I Would 2
