  Good bank and great staff. Be nice to get a tad more approval on loans but being a single one of a kind credit union I get they need to be careful. Service is very fast. Easy to get in and out which is great if your busy. I do like that the staff is very friendly and they all know your name. Definitely not a corporate type bank thankfully. Overall I'd recommend this bank. My family even banks here to. Definitely worth using this credit union.

  Very poorly ran, their skip a payment program did not get documented, they moved my direct deposit from checking- savings and when I....I CALLED, they screwed everything up.....and now I have to back pay, and unfreeze my check

  This is the best bank to bank with; hands down. I have had nothing but great experience with Gabriels community credit Union. They exceeded my expectations.   They have treated me EXTREMELY well. Got my auto loan with them. Was treated with dignity and respect by Korey the loan officer. When I had trouble a couple of times they also helped with that. This credit union is awesome. They DO care about clients. This is smaller credit union but they will go to great lengths to help you if needed. Highly recommended! Of course you have to make an effort to do the right thing.

  This place is horrible. Not open on weekends, no drive thru. They will hit you with fees that will amaze you. Find yourself Any bank but this one

  Gabriels Community CU has been a terrific partner for my used car lot over the past 2.5 years. Every member of the staff has been extremely personable, from the most mundane question I had to, to finding the information I need and getting back to me in a timely manner. I have sent over 100 loans successfully to Gabriels, and every single one of my customers has been satisfied with the customer service they received. There is not a Credit union in greater Lansing that has better customer care in my opinion.

  If you’ve had challenges in the past, don’t be afraid to talk to them. They were so easy to work with for my car loan. Very respectful and accommodating. I just paid my loan off and will be going to them for my next one.

  Gabriel’s has bent over backward to help me many times. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience and would highly recommend Gabriels to everyone. Weird how most of the bad rewiews JUST started only 3 weeks ago and were posted on the same day and by quite a few people who don’t even bank there 🤔 If I could give Gabriels more than 5 stars I would 👍🏻👍🏻

  I have been banking with them for about 5 years, never has my account been in any kind of trouble, I am a single mom and times have been tough from Medical Reasons, I had 2 overdrafts in the same month and honestly I did very much owe the first one but the second one when I went online it showed as already cleared, and so I withdrew some funds. I ask for a forgiveness for that one and was Very Rudely with a Judgmental over tone told NO! Not just that but I’ve asked for help with a small loan like $500 denied and I get direct deposit into this account every single month for the past 5 years, then I asked for help on an Advertisement they were offering to help build credit and some kind of consolidation, which if my credit was perfect I wouldn’t need!! So I felt like I should take my Money else where and I called to close my account and they said I need to come in to close it I don’t live in that town anymore and I am ill..........I felt like credit unions were better than banks but now I’m seriously rethinking that! 😔

  By far the worst management I have ever seen. If you want to put your money in a place where they work for you and actually care for you, Gabriels is not the place for you. I would never recommend Gabriels to anyone and I highly suggest at going anywhere and everywhere else but here.
