      After visiting a local barber shop that I found not to take credit cards I took a short walk to the long standing Folton Bank. I paid my fee at their ATM for not having an account with them and than I asked them to make chance for a $20 I was DENIED service. I had to walk next door to a friendly healthfood store to get my change and the store was happy to assist me. Side note...there was no other people in the bank and 3 tellers sat there chewing their nails...I was not a happy pup

      Running late and pulled up to the Drive Thru a little after 12. Eva opened up her lane and took my deposit anyway. Really appreciate the good customer service.

      Very poor customer service today, lobby closed, long lines at drive thru. No signs up indicating lobby closed. Multiple people walking up to find doors locked.
