  When they put my husband’s check into our foster son’s account, I was understanding. When they opened the wrong type of saving for another one of my kids, I was irritated but understanding. When they let a minor drain his account when I had to sign for transfers weeks before, I didn’t even call. When I cane to close an account for a kid and did some but continued to get statements, I let that go and transferred funds out to close it. But when they send my account to my daughter-in-law despite assuring me that wouldn’t happen - I can’t have accounts here. It is not safe. 4 years of constant mistakes and I’m done.

  Best bank around! My family has had them for over 50 years. There is not many banks that work with you as an individual instead of a number. But Friendship State Bank treat you like family!

  Pleasant experience every time, and the tellers are all knowledgeable and helpful.

  the branch manager of this bank insulted my wife and I about a home loan making me feel like I was a loser then call us the next day and left a message telling us to call him back that day then insulted us again over the phone. I would stay clear of this kind of humiliation.
