  I use the branch on Decoto and Fremont Blvd. The staff handles my banking needs with ease. They also care about my safety and well being, especially evident during COVID. I have seen some customer being extremely rude to the staff yet they remain calm and respectful. While I have not needed the specific help of management I have been greeted by the branch manager on several occasions and she’s always been very pleasant. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

  I’ve been a Fremont Bank customer for many years. The staff at this location always make sure my needs are met. Recently they helped me set up mobil banking and showed me how easy it was to use. How cool is that!

  Edit: I realized that a banker made my experience so bad and I ended up giving 1 star rating. I have visited couple of times after that, am surprised with a pleasant experience. I am happy to upgrade my review to 4 star. Original: Local bank, really local.. learning how to speak to a customer. Make sure you check their website (if you remember) before going there if they are really open or not. (I rate it 1 star)

  Not a good experience. On Saturday usually you will expect more people. But they are short staffed. For us it take nearly 30 min to get into my safe deposit box.

  Have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to the PPP loan. Gave me clear requirements, then when I met them they gave me more requirements. Never ending hoops to jump through

  I am a very disappointed as they say it operates until 6 but they will not let you operate Safety deposit box after 5.30 and nowhere it is mentioned. Very bad customer service and don’t know how to speak to the customers

  Fremont Bank is the basic local bank for Fremont. In theory it's a local oriented bank, but these days it's hard to say that there is anything particularly local-oriented about it.

  It’s a decent bank The only one in the area that had a safe deposit box available for me .

  Good service! They have a Kerig for customers to get a cup of coffee or tea!
