  These people are idiots and their systems are outdated and terrible. Our mortgage was sold to them and we have had nothing but trouble trying to set up our automatic bank drafts. We wanted half from each account to be drafted, but you can't set that up yourself online, you have to request forms, which takes days, send them in, and then hope they understand what you're asking, which they won't. Its been months where I have to call and have them manually do it because something or someone didn't do it right. Last month it worked, but this month somehow magically my routing number replaced my account number and nothing happened, no one called or attempted to contact me...and they have ALL the information to fix it on their end. No one can do anything themselves its all "let me call someone or push this up" and no one else around. It makes me sick we are stuck with this company unless we refinance elsewhere, at cost to us of course and a higher interest rate.

  Being an insurance agent that works with you guys often, I get to hear good, bad and ugly from clients. I was very worried about the process until I started. I was given a list of things to provide I got them all and submitted them and thought wow this is way easier than I have heard and assumed it must just be people slacking to get the bank the documents that make it so difficult. I really did have a great experience, I would say the only part I would have changed would be the request of documents a few days prior to closing after being told I was all set turns out the government loan underwriter was looking for more paperwork. The team Neil Caron has put together did a phenomenal job to make sure we met all off of the conditions and that we made it to our closing on time. Thank you to Neil, Nicole Ireland and the rest of Neil's team for making our home buying dream come true.

  They contacted me to let me know I could lower my payments and my interest rate. They got me the paper work promptly, and the Loan Adviser Zachary was amazing and helping me through the process.

  Worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They messed up our refinance then demanded we paired 2500$ out of our pockets. They would not work with payment options nor would they call us back or give us any other options. Highly disappointed as we have been a very loyal customer and they just blew us off when we asked for them to work with us.

  Overall the process was smooth, I was however surprised just day's after the closing of my loan I received a offer from Freedom Mortgage offering a lower rate. Did I get duped? One added note Freedom Mogtage you need to work on your customer service and making it easier to find answers to pertain questions pertaining to loans.

  Freedom mortgage is a decent company with helpful personnel. However, their marketing is misleading so be prepared for failed expectations regarding interest rate and the pause in mortgage payments when refinancing.
